How to order

1) “Window shopping” in our online shop is fun.

Each Article is displayed with several large pictures and detailed information. Prices are shown in GBP including VAT. Just select what your heart desires. Once you made your choice, you continue as follows:

• add item to your shopping basket
• continue shopping or start ordering. You continue shopping by browsing through other articles in our shop. Just click on any category in our menue. Your shopping basket will be saved.
• while shopping, you can check the contents of your basket at any time. Just press ‘Your shopping basket’. Every time, you add a new piece of jewellery to your basket, a shopping list will be provided automatically. It shows a complete overview of your purchase with prices and postage.
• Done shopping? Now press the ‘start ordering’ button

2) Submitting your details is easy as well:

• returning customers simply log in under ‘existing account’. Forgot your password? No problem. If so you can: check your last invoice – your password is shown there.
  send us an email: rw@selectraders.co.uk
• new customers submit full name and email-address. Then continue to full details. If you want your purchase delivered to an address different from yours, tick the ‘please ship to a different address’ box.
• You can check your shopping basket and details again. Shopping basket ok? Continue.

3) All orders need to be pre-paid prior to dispatch. You can pay through:

• PayPal (accepts many UK Debit cards)
• Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) - just enter your details.

A few seconds only, and your order is processed. You have mail from SelecTraders. It contains your order confirmation and your invoice attached as an Adobe Acrobat file. A printed copy of your invoice will be sent to your billing address at the same time as your goods are dispatched.
If you chose to pay through PayPal, our PayPal account details will be shown in that email.
