In case you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase, you may cancel your order within 30 days after receipt of merchandise and request a full refund or replacement.

If you return jewellery, please proceed as follows:

• Repackage the jewellery in unused and original condition.
• Make sure to include the appraisal, paperwork and presentation case.
• Please use the free UPS return service sticker for addressing.
• Call the toll free UPS customer service hotline. The phone number for your area is printed on the Return Service Customer Receipt.
• A UPS employee will come to your house and pick up your package. He will also sign your Return Service Customer Receipt.
• The Return Service Customer Receipt includes a tracking number for online tracking.

Your refund will be processed after reception of your return package.
