Delivery
Your jewellery will arrive in a handsome presentation case plus outer
carton packing. Every piece comes with a certified appraisal.
Subject to availability, all merchandise will be delivered to the UK:
- by UPS within 3 business days (free)
- by UPS Express within 24 hours (£ 12.00)
Overnight shipping is available on all in-stock items
ordered before 2pm BST (excluding weekends and holidays).
UPS will inform
you by email (so called Quantum View) on the day of dispatch. This mail
includes the date of arrival and your tracking number. In case an item
is not in stock, you will be informed immediately.
Please note:
- Special occasions – such as Christmas or Valentine’s day
usually increase the quantity of parcels being sent. Please place your
orders a few more days in advance
